Survey: 90% of renters performed worse than last year

first_imgAs we announced, Nedo Pinezić and David Peranić announced a survey for renters of family accommodation, in order to better analyze the situation on the ground between renters, and concrete steps on how and where to move forward in the future. The survey was conceived through five questions. To the first question: Do you work seasonally or all year round ?, the majority (74.2%) answered that they are seasonal renters, while 25.2% of respondents declared themselves as year-round renters. Although these data do not say much, because somewhere the season is longer or shorter, and there is no exact geographical division, nor by the quality of accommodation, which also depends on the length of the season. However, for the purposes of the survey and the interpretation of the results of the surveyed renters, we know that these are mostly seasonal renters. How much of a drop have you had this season in the number of nights? – is a question that provides more specific information. Photo: Maxim Goncharenok, Survey results: 90% of renters performed worse than last year The survey is over, and we bring the results of the same. The survey was completed by 1.669 renters, which is a large sample, in line with the previous inertia of renters for any initiatives or surveys. Source: Dantes At the end of the survey, 70% of renters concluded that they are still satisfied with this tourist season, according to May 15 forecasts. center_img On the other hand, 8.7% of the surveyed renters achieved the same results as last year (within 10%), and a small part, or 2.2% of the respondents, achieved a growth of 10% and more compared to last year. For the end, Pinezić and Peranić are inviting tonight (Wednesday) from 20.30 pm to Dantes FB Live where they will comment live on the results. Thus, 36% of respondents worked significantly worse than last year or had a drop of 50%. The second part, more precisely 30% of them, performed worse than last year in the context of a decline of 20 to 25%. 22.9% of them achieved more than 60% worse results than last year. 28.2% Same price as last year22.9% Prices less by 20% than last year19.9% Prices less by 10% than last year13.6% Prices less by 30% than last year7.4% Prices less by 40% than last year6.2% Prices less by 50% and more than last year1.9% Prices more than last year – We have an extremely large sample, which allows us to obtain objective results, Pinezić and Peranić point out and add: – Some of the answers were very short, and there were indeed extensive answers. In the coming weeks, we will read and systematize all the answers (there are close to 7.000 entries), and we will publish separate articles for each question as the conclusion of the survey and our comment.”. When it comes to prices, we know that this year the accommodation was filled at much lower prices, both in hotel and private accommodation. And this is shown by the survey data, where about 70% of respondents reduced prices.last_img read more

UFC 236: Max Holloway vs. Dustin Poirier 2 fight date, time, PPV price, live stream, full card

first_imgHistory occurs at UFC 236 on Saturday, April 13, live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, where two interim championship fights will take place. The main event will feature a rematch, as featherweight champion Max Holloway moves up in weight to fight Dustin Poirier for the interim lightweight crown. In the co-main event, Israel Adesanya battles Kelvin Gastelum for the interim middleweight title.  Join DAZN and watch more than 100 fight nights a yearThe reason these fights are happening is because lightweight titleholder Khabib Nurmagomedov is currently serving a nine-month suspension that ends in July for his role in the UFC 229 melee after submitting Conor McGregor in the fourth round. Due to Nurmagomedov not planning on returning until the fall, the UFC decided to take this route so the division can move forward. On the middleweight side of things, Gastelum was supposed to face champion Robert Whittaker at UFC 234. But on the day of the fight, Whittaker got sent to the hospital to have dual-emergency surgery immediately because of an abdominal hernia of the intestine and a twisted and collapsed bowel. The bout ended up getting pulled from the show. Whittaker isn’t expected to return until the fall. Holloway and Poirier met in the former’s Octagon debut at UFC 143. Poirier won by first-round submission. But things have changed dramatically for both fighters since then. After going through a litany of health issues which kept him out for a year, Holloway (20-3) returned in an emphatic way in December at UFC 231, when he battered Brian Ortega from the outset to win by fourth-round stoppage and defend the belt for the second time. The 27-year-old comes into UFC 236 on a 13-fight winning streak with 10 of those victories coming via stoppage.Since returning to 155 pounds in April 2015, Poirier (24-5-1 no-contest) has been on a tear, going 8-1 with the one no-contest and unbeaten in his last four bouts (3-0-1 no-contest). The three victories — all by stoppage — came against former lightweight champs Anthony Pettis and Eddie Alvarez and contender Justin Gaethje. Like Poirier, Gastelum (15-3-1 no-contest) has been on a good run since returning to 185 pounds in December 2016, going 3-0 with one no-contest. He earned the opportunity when he defeated Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza by split decision at UFC 224. He’ll face Adesanya (16-0), who has taken the sport by storm. The 29-year-old has dominated every opponent who has come in his path. “The Last Style Bender” headlined his first UFC pay-per-view in his last time out at UFC 234, beating Anderson Silva by unanimous decision. UFC 236 is a top-heavy card with some competitive contests and notable names.(All times Eastern.)When is UFC 236?UFC 236 will take place Saturday, April 13.
