Phish is providing fans with the ultimate couch tour experience this Halloween, as they’ve announced a webcast for all four nights of their run at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The run starts this Friday, and finishes up with Phish’s highly-anticipated three-set Halloween show on 10/31.Today, the band has announced live webcast streams for each of the four shows through their LivePhish service. As always, you can choose to webcast individual shows, or purchase the whole set of four as a bundle. Stalls in thepublic market and essential establishments not observing physical socialdistancing protocols shall be closed upon recommendation of the marketsupervisors and business permit and licensing office./PN ILOILO – Despitesocial distancing protocols outlined in executive orders he issued relative tothe prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), MayorBryant Paul Biron of Barotac Nuevo lamented, “We still encounter a lot ofproblems imposing (them).” The localgovernment of Barotac Nuevo is observing barangay clustering at the publicmarket – villages are designated days when their residents could go to themarket. * Only jeepneysallowed by the local government unit will serve as shuttle services for thosewho will need transportation in going to the market and to Iloilo City.Jeepneys designated as transportation within the municipality will also followthe market schedule and will strictly impose physical social distancingprotocols among the commuters. * As perexecutive order and memorandum order of the provincial government, operationsof trisikads, tricycles andmotorcycles in the municipality are suspended. Private vehicles, tricycles, andmotorcycles used privately in going to the market and in all essentialestablishments in Barangay Ilaud Poblacion shall strictly follow theabove-mentioned schedule. No vehicle is allowed to enter Barangay IlaudPoblacion if it is not their schedule except those delivering essential goodsand those passing through going to other barangays, municipalities or IloiloCity. Thus he issuedExecutive Order (EO) No. 38, Series of 2020 imposing “total quarantine” on thetwo remaining Sundays of April (19 and 26) to further strengthen themunicipality’s measures against the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causesCOVID-19. Here are the keypoints of EO No. 38: As of April 14,Barotac Nuevo had two confirmed COVID-19 cases – a 59-year-old female who diedon April 5 and a 25-year-old female confined in a hospital but with stablecondition. * Onlyfrontliners are allowed to go out during Sundays. Social distancingwould be strictly enforced and people would be prohibited from leaving theirhouses unless there is an emergency. * Vehicles andpersons from other municipalities and Iloilo City, with valid enhanced quarantinedpass and documents, passing through the municipality of Barotac Nuevo duringSundays shall not be hampered. * Every Sunday,starting April 19, the public market and all essential establishments in theentire municipality shall be closed except for drugstores, hospitals, medicalclinics, and the Rural Health Unit.
